Meet Emi

Emi Tse (she/her) is an illustrator and motion designer based in London, who creates highly engaging campaigns for brands by using bite-size illustrations and animations. Her clients include fun fashion brands, plant-based beauty products, organic food companies, life-changing social enterprises, and many more. Emi has a minimalist aesthetic, expressed with pastel colors and modernist beliefs.

Her Adobe Artist Development Fund project, “The Best Version of Me/You” will explore the themes of empowered women, cultural diversity, and mindfulness through a series of inclusive illustrations. Emi found inspiration in Adobe’s Celebration of Self, Healing Reflections, and Taste of Heritage creative briefs. Her collection celebrates the elegance of women at different moments in their lives and how they cherish small things with joy and affection. She says, “Making illustrations enables self-reflection, empowerment and healing of other women. I want to truly celebrate their kindness, inner beauty and elegance. I believe women can heal each other by showing kindness and giving back to their communities. Together we can do bigger things, such as protecting and restoring nature.”
